WEEKLY RATES PER APARTMENT

The tax  to the council for your stay cost euro 1,50 per person per day.

The prices includes

All prices per week per appartment also include:

  • Electricity,
  • water,
  • gas,
  • use of swimming-pool
  • use of  fittness room,
  • parking place
  • and final cleaning.

Prices do not includes

The weekly price do not include:

  • The council tax € 1,50 per person/day
  • Breakfast buffet € 65,00 per person/week.
  • Dinner menu € 95,00 per person/week.
  • Heating € 70 for week for the apartments 30/35 sq.m. and € 100 for week for the apartment 40-70 sq.m.
  • Bed linen, towels and tablecloths €12,00 per person/week.
  • Small pets are welcome, they are not allowed in the pool, breakfast- and dining room. € 22,00 per week per pets.

General condition

1. Booking your stay

  1. Bookings can be made via fax or email. Bookings are only valid once you have received written confirmation from the hotel and the appropriate deposit for your stay has been received. Enquiries via telephone regarding the availability of rooms or appartments are not binding.
     
  2. Client details which are required for the booking and registration of your stay will only be used in accordance with the law and for contact reasons only


     

2. Payment conditions

  1. 
For hotel room bookings, a deposit of three nights pay is required for a week's stay. For any stay longer than a week a deposit of 40% of the total stay is required. The balance is payable at the end of your stay along with any additional expenses accrued.
     
  2. Apartment bookings require a 50% deposit of the total stay, with the balance payable on arrival. All other expenses accrued are payable at the end of your stay.


     

3. Obligations

  1. 
The hotel will endeavour to ensure the availability of rooms and apartments which have been booked in advance and for which a deposit has been paid, and will be held responsible should there be any failure to do this.
     
  2. 
Special offers on breakfast and half board are indicated on the price list. Use of the pool, playground and car park is free.
     
  3. Prices of other services such as film viewings, gala evenings with music and dancing will vary according to the event. Any trips booked through a travel agency will remain the responsibility of the agency.

4. Cancellation fees

  1. 
Article 7 of international hotel law states that the client is responsible for the period booked. The hotel will assess the losses incurred in case of no show (non arrival) or indeed for an anticipated departure before the period booked
     
  2. In place of this law, the hotel can apply the following cancellation fees::
    Hotel rooms: for cancellations made 30-10 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 40% will be payable
    for cancellations made 10-3 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 80% will be payable.

    Appartments: for all cancellations made 45 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 10% will be payable
    for all cancellations made 45-30 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 40% will be payable
    for all cancellations made 30-10 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 80% will be payable

    The cancellation date is the date at which the cancellation becomes known to the hotel.

  3. Should you arrive late or check-out early, you will still be charged the full cost of the booked period. If your room is not vacated by 10am on the day of check-out you will be charged an extra day's rate.
     
  4. Should the rooms or the apartments be re-let quickly after being vacated or not taken up the hotel gives an undertaking to return some of the costs to the clients
     
  5. In special cases and circumstances a voucher could be offered to be used for a stay during the following year.

5. Rights and obligations of the client

  1. In the rare event that the hotel guest arrives to find their appartment or room unavailable, guests can request that the hotel do its best to find accommodation of the equivalent quality and if the costs are greater, the hotel will undertake to pay the difference.
     
  2. If the hotel should become aware of any inconveniences or circumstances that could make the client's stay unpleasant or dangerous, the hotel gives an undertaking to rectify the situation immediately and make the client more comfortable.
